There are several tech events happening in Vancouver this week on the Bootup calendar that you may want to check out:

November 10, VEF Momentum Connect kicks off their first event this season with Jason Bailey, CEO and Founder of SuperRewards. 6-9pm at Nuba Lounge. Tickets are $10.
November 12, Fusion Venture Forum 2009 Conference. 8:30-5:30pm followed by a networking reception, 5:30-7:30. Tickets are $100. Check out the list of the Top 20 Companies selected to pitch that day.
November 12, Appnovation Technologies Presents Alfresco Night in Vancouver. 6-9pm at Canvas Lounge. Free to attend.
